Today, 323.APARTMENTS launched video streaming as another method to resolve resident maintenance problems in real-time.
The 323.APARTMENTS video streaming platform is based on WebRTC /SIP compliant transcoding, which runs within our maintenance request database. Residents do not need any upgrade or app to use the system.
Here is how it works ...
Admiral Realty has launched a ubiquitous payment viewing portal. Residents are now able to view real-time payment posting, all check details, detailed transaction flow and history payment status. The Admiral Realty Android application (available from the Google Play Store) now sends payment notifications to the resident's smartphone.
Since our original website in 1992, the Admiral Realty website has been completely re-written 5 times from ground up every time to take advantage of the newest technologies without the burden of legacy frameworks. The new platform allows users to complete rental applications with their smartphones, pay rent and check rent status by text message, create maintenance tickets which contain photos and video, and much more.
In the future, we're working on an augmented reality maintenance mobile app platform which will allow users to aim their camera at maintenance problems and view instant solutions on their smartphone screens. Launch date has not yet been announced.
In 2001, Admiral Realty integrated its maintenance request ticketing system into the web. Today, we have changed the user interface and launched an HTML5 version. Users will be able to employ all smartphones, desktops, and even feature phones to create/track maintenance requests. The site is located at support.admiralrealty.com
